Warranty Coverage
The periods below are CYBERSIGHT’s warranty coverage for each shipping destination. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
What Is Covered?
CYBERSIGHT provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
US
Orders shipped to the United States have a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Europe (Including the EU)
Orders shipped to Europe, including the European Union, have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Other
Orders shipped to destinations outside Europe and the United States have a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What Is Not Covered?
Scratches or cosmetic damage to lenses.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Accessories and consumables.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
These limitations do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
