CYBERSIGHT provides a 14-day return window. Returned products must be completely undamaged and must pass inspection.
To start a return, contact [email protected]. United States customers can receive a prepaid return label. Customers in other countries arrange the return shipment and submit the postage receipt for reimbursement through PayPal.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
